Repair of defective product

Please notice that the Libratone repair service is only free of charge for Libratone products, which are covered by warranty. To determine if your product is covered by warranty, please visit our warranty pages here.

In case your product is not covered by warranty, the repair service is a paid service.

Before you start, you must make sure that you have the following:
- An email address to be used for confirmation and status change notification.
- A printer for printing the delivery note which must accompany your product for identification.
- For warranty tickets, you must attach a copy of your proof of purchase.

Your proof of purchase must be from an authorized Libratone dealer. If you have product related questions or questions about the repair process, please contact Libratone Support at support@libratone.com.
